  • Keeping your foot on the brake, look at the Red Light, take a deep breath and laugh. The laughter should come from your belly. • Be mindful of the traffic light and you’l be a friend to the people behind you as you’ll see when the light turns green. The distractions of the world will still be there when you reach your destination.
